We own a 4 unit building in Richmond and Isaak has been available in a pinch to fix whatever issues come up. He replaced a tenant’s sink faucet and also installed a lock on our gate to prevent our packages from being stolen. I cannot recommend Isaak enough. I recommend Isaak with Handy Manage! He pulled out and disposed of my living room carpet, was careful and meticulous about cleaning up and clearing nails/staples. He also re-grouted the bathroom floor. I’m using him again for painting. He was fabulous.

I had a half ton pile of dirt and rocks that needed hauling from my yard. Isaak came the next day, and got the job done in a mere 90 minutes, making sure to rake the area nicely afterwards. Gave me a few yard maintenance and home safety tips, and even noticed I needed some old large bolts grinded off so came back to take care of it later that day! So kind and wonderful to worth with.
